I'm having leftovers tonight. Husband is at work so I'm going to try last night dinner wrapped in a corn tortilla with cheese.. I wish I had lettuce but I don't and it's too cold to go out if I don't have to..

Made a pot of chili and will let the family eat whenever they want. Kid and Hubby are out to parts unknown and I'm settling back down at the sewing machine to finish the mending and hemming.

Bryan started back on nite shift tonite...so I will have my 2 weeks of computer time in the evenings to post some...LOL...so, anyway, Had some of the Progresso Hearty Tomato Soup (has chunks of tomatoes and some italian seasoning), with parmesan cheese and fat free croutons; and toasted an english muffin with some cheddar cheese on top of each half. yum yum!
